Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2026-06-12
These terms govern your use of Onus, a private, invite-only trading dashboard provided for personal use by approved members. By signing in and using Onus, you agree to these terms.
Not financial advice
Onus provides research, analysis, and tooling only. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. All trading decisions are yours alone, and you are solely responsible for them.
Trading risk
Trading carries risk of loss, and some instruments — including futures — are leveraged and can lose more than your initial outlay. Markets can move against you quickly. Use paper or demo mode to validate any approach before risking real money, and never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.
Your accounts and orders
You are responsible for the broker and exchange accounts you connect and for any orders placed through them, whether entered manually or by an automation you enable. Keep your credentials secure, and only connect accounts you are authorized to use. You are responsible for complying with the terms of each connected broker and with applicable laws.
Acceptable use
Use Onus only for your own personal trading. Do not share your access, attempt to reach other members’ data, interfere with the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Provided “as is”
Onus is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Market data and broker connections may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any trading losses or other damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change as Onus evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
